Healing from family pain doesn’t always happen alone. In group, you’ll find the kind of honest, reflective connection that can begin to shift even long-standing patterns. It’s a space where you don’t have to explain everything—where others understand something of what you’re carrying.

Led by Dara Javid (JD, MA, LMFT), this group creates an opportunity to uncover and shift relational patterns in a safe, thoughtful setting. Together, we explore how the past lives on in the present—and how healing can begin in connection with others.
