No one – not the dying, not the outcast, not the mighty – transcends the need for human connection.”

Are You Searching for Your People?

In a world more connected than ever, too many feel isolated and long for belonging. Many live far from their roots —the people and the land that they belong to. Sometimes in addition to physical distance, complicated childhood traumas creates additional barriers against belonging, making us feel alone even among family.

Yet, so much of our life, our sense of aliveness, is about intimate connection with others.

If you are struggling with the wounds of your childhood and are unable to feel at home with your family; if you find it difficult to form and maintain meaningful relationships, group therapy could be for you.

Group therapy is a highly effective form of therapy where participants meet to discuss their inner worlds and struggles under the supervision of a therapist. This group is led and designed by Dara Javid (JD, MA, LMFT). It offers a unique opportunity for the unfolding and exploration of relational patterns that may be hindering your ability to fully engage in your relationships.

Becoming our most alive and genuine self is the goal of psychotherapy, and this group is designed to help you get there.
